Returns

If unsatisfied with a purchase, the recipient has 25 days (including weekends) to request a full refund. Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete with all accessories included in original order (such as boxes, cases and tags).

Returned items must be shipped to seller in exactly the same condition as they were received and meet the following requirements:

Product must not have been worn.
Product must have all tags attached and intact
Product must be returned in its original packaging

To request the return of an original sale, please contact returns@leskimopeace.com and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Name and surname
• Product code of purchase
• Reason for return

Upon receiving this information, we will verify that the request complies with the 25-day limit from the order receipt and that the product code corresponds to the order for which the request was made. If these conditions are met, we will send a confirmation email with the procedure for the shipment to follow. Any return shipping cost (and duty tax) will be charged to the client.
