Shipments

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 12:00pm (GMT+1), 24 business hours following receipt processing. Wares may be shipped by courier Monday to Friday.

During high influx periods, order dispatch and delivery times may be delayed.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

• General delivery times in Italy may be expected within 24 to 48 hours from the time of dispatch, except in the case of island shipments, at which point deliveries may require up to 73 or 96 hours from initial dispatch.
• Countries within the European Union may expect deliveries after 5 to 10 working days.
• For all non-EEC countries, delivery takes place in 8 to 15 working days. This does not include customs delays.*
• Shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

For non-EEC purchases stopped by customs, payment of duty tax will be charged to the sender.
